NGG is part of the FARFETCH Group and recently created a spin off business NGGH++ that will be a growth accelerator and an incubator of new ideas, brands and businesses. Reebok is the first big and exciting project to enter this incubator.
TURATIOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLENGGH++ is looking for a Product Planning & Analyst to carry out detailed analysis and reporting activities in order to help in the definition of the apparel and footwear collection structures. You will report to the Senior Product Planner & Analyst and support in all planning activities to improve strategic business decisions for multiple brands and projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Perform in depth data analysis to support and improve strategic business decisions. Specifically, sales, sell in & sell out analysis to provide input on the definition of the collection structures.
  • Carry out controlling activities to monitor costs and margin levels to help define the correct price positioning.
  • Plan and define the open to buy amount, managing the level of stock to purchase according to the fixed sales target.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting and re-forecasting activities.
  • Follow product planning integration process with stakeholders and support in the creation of retro-planning calendars.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Management
  • At least 3 years of experiences in demand planning, analyst or similar functions
  • Excellent use and knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of D365 Dynamics will be considered a plus
  • Great eye for detail, flexible with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with different stakeholders and business functions
  • Excellent knowledge of English spoken and written this will be tested in the interview process
  • Proven knowledge and interest for9 the luxury fashion industry is a plus
