TURATIOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLEFor our office in Milan, we are currently looking for a resource to be included in the Finance Department as Junior Credit Specialist. You will report directly to the Senior Credit Controller, supporting all daily operations within the credit management process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work with the team in defining all the required actions for the credit recovery policy and monitoring their effectiveness;
  • Give assistance to the customers, assuring that account statements, credit notes and general documentation are sent in the right time and way;
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Administration Department, with particular focus on reconciliations;
  • Support the Customer service Department, with focus on reconciliation e account analysis;
  • Support the Sales Department, with specific focus on checking accounting positions and bank statements;
  • Contribute to design and maintenance of reports and analysis, when required.

WHO YOU ARE

  • BA in Economics disciplines
  • A previous short experience in the role will be considered a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of the main MS Office tools (excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency);
  • Ability to build strong relationship with cross functional partners and to work in a dynamic context
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team
