You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!THE ROLEAs an IT Corporate Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation, security, and scalability. You will lead a team of IT professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust infrastructure solutions. Your role will involve strategic planning, infrastructure design, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to align IT infrastructure with business objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and manage the corporate IT infrastructure team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, roadmaps, and standards to support business goals and growth
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of server, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of corporate systems and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology requirements and provide scalable infrastructure solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring service levels and cost-effectiveness
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, conduct regular audits, and implement proactive measures for optimization and risk mitigation
  • Develop and maintain IT infrastructure documentation, including policies, procedures, and configuration details
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application in the corporate IT infrastructure
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team and stakeholders, resolving complex infrastructure issues

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing and leading IT infrastructure teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, server infrastructure, storage systems, and virtualization technologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and experience in cloud migration and management
  • Proficiency in infrastructure design, capacity planning, and performance optimization
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Experience with ITIL
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
