THE ROLE
Stock visibility and analytics are central to our goal to always deliver the best service to our Customers. In order to lead our efforts to deliver relevant and actionable insights to the Business, we are seeking an experienced and business-savvy Inventory Analytics Manager to join our team. Reporting to our Head of Logistics Planning, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for utilizing data analysis and business acumen to identify opportunities and lead initiatives that optimize cost, maximize service and improve sustainability of our operation through inventory management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the development and implementation of our Stock Planning Tool. Operate as a subject matter expert in matters related to forecasting and management of stock.
  • Review, critique and modify stock management processes within our network from global inventory deployment to pick face replenishment in our DCs.
  • Own the data sharing routines with the DC teams. Be accountable for implementation of our insights and for measurement and improvement of the DC stock processes.
  • Continuously search and identify opportunities for improving inventory management. Use advanced analytics and business sense to support iterative improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in inventory management. Adapt, adopt and create industry leading ideas in this discipline.
  • Communicate effectively with all areas of the Business, from senior management to DC teams. Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, tech and ops becoming the go-to person for relevant and insightful inventory knowledge.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management and analysis with a commercial bias in all decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker and Excel.
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty on building analysis and insight.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience developing and nurturing highly analytical teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and delivering results.
