THE ROLE
Farfetch's Supply Chain & Logistics department is responsible for managing all aspects of order fulfillment, including transportation, customs clearance, and packaging. We are seeking a highly talented Head of Planning & Programs to join our team and report to the Senior Head of Strategy Planning & Performance. You will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our strategic goals by overseeing a consistent planning process and portfolio management. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving internal and external alignment, while providing support to senior leadership in running the Supply Chain & Logistics department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Yearly definition of Department’s objectives and key results and the respective cascading to the different Logistics Teams (Operations, Development and Solutions)
  • Support Logistics Senior leadership with Exec level presentations
  • Support departments senior leaders on Key Strategic Initiatives scoping
  • Be the Logistics Department representative within Global Operations for the yearly strategic planning cycle
  • Manage the portfolio definition and routines with all Logistics areas and in alignment with Global Operations
  • Have an helicopter view on the department performance, identifying new opportunities and ensuring its priorisation with the different areas
  • Manage Cross-Functional programmes;
  • Manage routines for strategic updates within the department and cross-company
  • Support project business casing process for roadmap yearly plan as well as intake process that leads to prioritisation within the department

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Operations, Strategy or related fields, including at least 4 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans, cross functional projects and programs that drive business growth and success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify key insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards successful outcomes.
  • Experience in consulting services and the technology industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
