FARFETCH Platform Solutions (FPS) is FARFETCH's suite of commerce solutions and retail technology for luxury brands and retailers. Powered by the world-leading FARFETCH platform, FPS allows brands and retailers to reach new customers, expand global capabilities and offer an elevated shopping experience - both online and in-store.

THE ROLE:
FARFETCH Platform Solutions is the enterprise commerce solution for luxury brands and retailers, driving growth and innovation on a global scale. We are looking for an experienced head of client services to join the team and lead on successful engagement & relationship building with key enterprise clients and management & execution of their FPS-led strategic, digital goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive client growth by drawing synergies between FPS current & future capabilities with clients’ business challenges & goals. This role will have starting accountability for the UK and EU Enterprise Client x FPS portfolio of business and your focus would be on our more complex and strategic partnerships, driving both partnership and contract value
  • Laser focus on client relationship and driving thought leadership alongside the enterprise partnerships
  • Explore and construct new revenue opportunities including cross sell/upsell of business solutions e.g. brand partnerships, e-concessions, new market/digital expansion and regional opportunities by gaining a deep understanding of client strategy and business needs.
  • Build trusted and value-based client partnerships with key senior stakeholders, with a focus on expanding the C-level relationships and serve as the point of escalation and thought leadership/partnership for all UK, EU enterprise clients
  • Senior internal stakeholder management across tech, ops, product and commercial finance to maximize alignment with the client’s strategy and FPS success
  • Manage and mentor the enterprise client focused ecommerce team leads on successfully managing the day to day client relationship and delivery actions
  • Support the team in building enterprise level playbooks including ways of working, client communication (cross departmental) and in gaining a stronger hold of client strategy
  • Build end-to-end onboarding processes; ensure effective knowledge transfer and client satisfaction Coach, mentor and lead the enterprise focused team to perform in their roles

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven knowledge of managing digital growth in retail/luxury and/or relevant sector experience in consulting
  • Worked in client facing or service led roles and have effectively influenced / managed senior stakeholders (C-level)
  • Experience leading and developing high performing teams, championing and fostering growth and development
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group discussions and explain complex solutions
  • Personal interest and understanding of the fashion, retail, technology or similar creative industry Fluent in French and English (Desirable)
