São Paulo Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!
The role The LATAM Brand Manager is part of the Marketing team and is responsible to build and implement all the brand awareness strategy for the region, aligned with the Global guidelines. It should consider how to implement the brand pillars through different channels as events, influencer marketing, PR, social media, content, design, etc.Working in a very dynamic environment and an international and multicultural company, this position in very important to generate desire and reinforce our positioning in a luxury fashion industry. Luxury lives in details and “retail is detail”, so this role needs to be absolutely attentions with every brand touchpoint, guiding and influencing all client journey to amaze our customers.“Brand strategy” should goes together with commercial strategy, showing who we are and what we offer to the world, usign a “Why - What - How” approach, when it is possible.

What you’ll do

  • You will define the regional brand strategy, aligned with global guidelines and presenting your plan to Global teams.
  • You will use all Data available to show how the area impacts the business in long term.
  • You will manage your team to build each organic channel strategy, delivering “brand awareness”, with a cross-function vision (considering commercial needs, performance efforts, CRM data, etc).
  • You and your team/agency will create and implement the communication strategies for local Social Media, PR, influencers, Content creation, etc.
  • You will manage the budget and providers for your initiatives, aligned to your plan and all compliance politics.

Who you are

  • You are curious, communicative, love people and fashion world, but also like to show results building brand awareness.
  • You have negotiation skills with a win-win approach, with a cross-funtion view.
  • Marketing, Communication, PR or Business degree is required. Advanced degree in correlated areas is preferred.
  • You have a stronger leadership style and love developing people.
  • 5+ years of experience with Branding area, management experience with the own team and agency.
  • Fashion retail and luxury market experience is a plus.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
