OFFICE
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLE
NGGH++ are seeking a Events Manager to join the team and manage all event activities for Reebok Europe and Reebok Global Catalyst

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Produce and manage brand events, undertaking all technical and production elements of the event
  • For events you will manage gifting, managing suppliers, including venue scouts, stylists, and in some cases, small external production agencies
  • Work cross functionally with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of a seamless 360 activation from an event perspective
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and on budget and that expectations are met and supported with a washup report of event
  • When we're not in production mode, create opportunities, research the cultural landscape, suggest ideas, update guideline documents and our supplier database to ensure our black book is updated with fresh industry contacts

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have extensive experience as an event producer/manager within the fashion or sportswear industry
  • You have planning capabilities and a hands-on approach to event management
  • You have a strong network of contacts within events, venue and stylist space
  • Good at ideation and are motivated to resolve problems with empathy
  • You have your finger on the cultural pulse, with a natural interest in diverse new trends, openings and cultural movements, searching for new ways to shape the future
  • The ability to influence your peers and work collaboratively together to provide a successful event and flex your communication style
  • You have experience with managing budgets for events
