Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the officeTHE ROLENew Guards Group is looking for an Events & Content Production Back Office Intern to join the Marketing department and support the team in all back-office activities related to events, fashion shows, shootings, and productions for all the NGG brands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the Events & Content Production team in all day-to-day operative tasks
  • Assist in the organization of events and shootings for the NGG brands
  • Support the management and logistics of sample requests for all the internal shooting activities (adv campaigns and shootings)
  • Support the management and logistics of supplies for all the brand events
  • Keep track of all shipping documents for all samples sent out and supervise their return
  • Keep track of all invoicing documents for the procurement department and manage the payment process
  • Support in the management of agendas and travels organizations

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or similar is required, a master’s is a plus
  • Previous experience in a back-office role, preferably in a fashion luxury brand is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken, this will be tested in the interview process
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
