THE ROLENew Guards Group is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on ERP systems to join the IT Team.You will report to the IT Application Manager – ERP, being the point of contact between the Logistics, Sales and Customer Services team for all business requests. In particular, you will manage all ERP and WMS projects from execution to implementation and ensure the successful rollout across relevant business functions across the NGG brands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Translate business requirements into system functional requirements
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure the correct development and deployment of the solution
- Manage system integration projects through to post-delivery solutions
- Ensure project KPIs respect
- Support logistics, sales and customers services teams in day-to-day activities as required
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years in a similar role, better if in fashion&luxury industry
- Excellent knowledge and use of ERP and WMS systems and previous experience using these tools is required
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good level of English both written and spoken, this will be tested in the interview process
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight timeframes
- Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment
