OFFICEOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
THE ROLE NGGH++ is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Web Analyst to join our growing Digital Commerce Team. Using the Google suite and analytics tools, you will drive change by providing analysis, recommendations and reporting about onsite performance and customer behaviour. You will engage with stakeholders to understand priorities and support on answering ad-hoc queries as well as providing self-generated insights and present findings and clear recommendations to teams and leaders within the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work across several digital data sources (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker)
  • Analyze website metrics and KPIs and develop reports to track website performance, business trends, customer behaviours and other key success indicators
  • Drive understanding of customer needs, pain points and segments to target.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and developers to implement and test new features and design elements on the e-commerce platform
  • Develop effective relationships with related groups in Digital Commerce, IT and Marketing to turn insights into action on the site
  • Ensure alignment with business stakeholders to communicate complex constraints and opportunities to non-technical decision-makers
  • Contribute to the overall objective of providing best-in-class digital user experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales growth, cost reduction and experience enhancements that are assertive to the team's roadmap.
  • Determine most important KPIs to track aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with the IT team and product teams to create, manage, and enforce digital analytics tagging standards to ensure robust and consistent data is captured for analysis.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (e.g., digital, marketing, statistics) or related work experience
  • Exceptionally analytical, a conceptual thinker, with the ability to provide clear actionable insights with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge and experience creating reports and presentations, in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and ideally visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker or Google Data Studio)
  • An understanding of sales conversion funnels, reporting platforms and integrations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • A/B testing experience is a plus
