THE ROLE NGGH++ is looking for a Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for managing various technical and operational projects. The scope covers B2C ecommerce, marketplaces and other digital partners, all of which being key growth areas of the company. You will be accountable for driving key projects and aligning the roadmaps to strategic priorities and profitable growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Plan and manage technical and operational projects from initiation to closure, including defining project scope, developing project plans, allocating resources, and managing project budgets.
  • Identify and assess project risks and develop risk mitigation plans to ensure that project goals are achieved.
  • Define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines and track project progress against them.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, align on priorities, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and act as a primary point of contact for project-related matters.
  • Conduct project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

WHO ARE YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, computer science, or business administration.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant experience in project management, preferably in technical and operational projects.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
