THE ROLENew Guards Group is looking for a Digital Operations Project Intern to join the Digital Operations Team.
You will support in business-as-usual activities, creating reports and analyzing data, managing the various phases & deadlines of digital projects, overseeing the proper functioning of processes through constant interaction with stakeholders external and internal to the digital team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collect and analyze data, creating reports to monitor performances of digital processes, extracting useful business insights.
  • Daily management and supervision of the tools/reports used for PM activities to make sure everything is always up to date.
  • Support in managing timelines, deadlines, marking time with internal and external stakeholders, review the accuracy and completeness of all requests before processing.
  • Support in the leading of the projects within Digital Department, gather internal team requests and plan release activities with internal and external stakeholders ensuring objectives and project briefs are met.
  • Track evolution of requests, reporting status update and monitoring the process from their implementation to the deploy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Highly organized, excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and active listening
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
  • Passion for Digital with knowledge of the current platforms, mechanisms and marketplaces
