Job Description

New Guards Group is looking for Specialist to join the Digital Business team. You will report to the Senior Digital Catalogue Specialist and support in all Online Catalogue activities across different platforms for several brands.New Guards Group is the home to 10 international luxury brands: Marcelo Burlon County of Milan, Off-White c/o Virgil Abloh, Palm Angels, Unravel Project, Heron Preston, Alanui, Kirin Peggy Gou, Opening Ceremony, Ambush and There Was One. THE ROLENew Guards Group is looking for Specialist to join the Digital Business team. You will report to the Senior Digital Catalogue Specialist and support in all Online Catalogue activities across different platforms for several brands.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Operational management of the e-commerce platform and development of commercial activities to achieve business objectives
  • Managing the catalogue (products, pages, images, text, etc.), promotions and campaigns according to the activities defined in the commercial calendar
  • Supporting the creation of the commercial calendar and its execution via the platform
  • Analyzing the main KPIs, suggesting potential actions to increase the conversion rate through weekly and monthly reporting
  • Workflow management and retro-planning for campaign go-live
  • Analyzing and tracking digital competitors
  • Monitoring the performance of the site and related plugins, ensuring their proper functioning and promptly addressing any bugs for resolution
  • Coordinating the activities of the development team, prioritizing open tasks and adhering to agreed release schedules

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint), good knowledge of Google Analytics is considered a strong plus
  • Able to work in a fast placed environment
  • Fluent in Italian and English, this will be tested in the selection process
