CONTENT DEVELOPMENTWe are a diverse, dynamic, global team of content creators, dedicated to communicating the FARFETCH message to our customer. From copy and imagery to size & fit solutions and localisation, the Content Development umbrella manages end-to-end content and asset creation, creating a unique luxury experience, found only on FARFETCH.

THE ROLEContent Elevation and Size & Fit is an established team within the E-commerce Content vertical dedicated to ensuring FARFETCH group’s product information including size and fit information is best-in-class – accurate, engaging, and personalized throughout the customer’s purchase journey. As Content Manager for this workstream, you will manage a team consisting of leads and subject matter experts and own all people-related responsibilities including hiring, development, retention, performance reviews, and work allocation. You are accountable for the delivery of strategic projects and overall performance and execution of the work within this workstream and act as the go-to person for senior leaders and other key stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Reporting to the Senior Head of Content (E-commerce), you will manage the Content Elevation and Size & Fit Content team and own all people-related responsibilities including hiring, development, retention, performance reviews, work allocation, and budgeting
- You will execute our Content Elevation and size and fit strategic goals for the team by building the framework, processes, and roadmap needed to set this function up for long-term success
- You are accountable for the overall performance and execution within this workstream
- Sitting within the wider Creative Operations org, you will work closely with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to anticipate and meet future market and industry demands, then improve upon product information/size and fit content through innovative technology and continuous improvements
- You will be responsible for the delivery of strategic size and fit projects that drive company-level OKRs, build business cases, and act as the go-to person of your workstream for senior leaders and key stakeholders
- You will define this workstream’s performance metrics, processes, best practices, and be a champion of elevating product information and Size & Fit Content across the organization

- Proven experience in people managing a team of leads and subject matter experts
- A compassionate and decisive leader, you invest in the growth and development of your team and inspire those around you to achieve their potential
- Proven experience in and a strong understanding of e-commerce content/size and fit in the luxury e-commerce space is a must
- You have a proven track record of and a passion for solving issues for customers and can demonstrate success in implementing solutions
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
