BIGLI
Our office in Via Bigli is the heartbeat of Off White where Virgil’s creative and inspirational input is seen throughout the space. Bigli is the community of the Off White Style, Graphic, Marketing and Product teams and is inclusive and disruptive as per definition of the brand Off White
THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Collection Merchandiser who will support the definition of Off-White collection merchandising strategy for the Leather goods category.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Weekly monitoring of sales providing qualitative comments
  • Market and competitor's analysis in terms of product and pricing positioning in the different markets
  • Development of post sales campaign reports (such as: sell in by region/country and worldwide - by line, function, best sellers, etc.)
  • Ensure regular competitor analysis and market study.
  • Support in the pricing and markdown strategy making
  • Support in the preparation of merchandising brief to define the new collections’ structure and requests that will be discussed with the Design team
  • Follow up with production to respect the delivery timings
  • Participation in the organization of the sales campaigns and production of all supporting materials and buying tools (such as: control of product styles codes, update of KPIs, photos and samples, catalogs and advertising, exit lists)
  • Development of training manuals and presentations with detailed product inform

WHO YOU ARE

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the fashion/luxury industry.
  • Leather goods knowledge, passion for product and technical aspects
  • Educational background preferably in business management or similar
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ambition to exceed corporate goals and go the extra mile in the daily work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in supporting the team in many different activities with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent Excel
