We are leveraging the power of physical points of sale to acquire new customers and foster brand loyalty.
THE ROLEOff-White is looking for a Cashier for its store in Rue de Castiglione, Paris. You will report directly to the Store Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Opening and closure of the cash register
  • Perform and check cash transactions for all payment methods
  • Issue Tax Free and sale invoices
  • Manage returns according with the Company policy
  • Perform daily reconciliations maintaining a close relationship with Finance Department
  • Attend clients during the final steps of their customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Adhere to store policies and communicate them in a clear, professional and courteous manner

WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous experience in similar positions in a luxury boutique (2 or more years).
  • Strong problem solving and administrative skills
  • Good knowledge of the major computer systems
  • Good customer service attitude
  • Ability to be flexible and supportive to the sales team

As a Cashier, you will handle sales transactions of all types of payment methods quickly and accurately, therefore reducing client wait time and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will manage all the operations connected with the invoicing and collection, strictly complying with Company procedures and administrative/tax laws.
