THE ROLE NGGH++ is looking for a Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for managing various technical and operational projects. The scope covers B2C e-commerce, marketplaces, and other digital partners, all of which are key growth areas of the company. You will be accountable for driving key projects and aligning the roadmaps to strategic priorities and profitable growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design, operate, and brief automation for executive reporting standards across channels (DTC/B2B) and business models, including tools and processes.
  • Ensure stability and reliability of data infrastructure by coordinating the work led by technical teams.
  • Coordinate 3-year business plan forecasting for all digital channels.
  • Enable financial alignment on FY planning and QBR reporting.
  • Enable OPEX tracking and drive P&L optimisation per channel.
  • Support data-driven approach for PMO strategic initiatives

WHO ARE YOU

  • Brand-side digital distribution (Ecommerce/marketplaces/partners) experience.
  • Business-side analytics background with the ability to coordinate technical work related to the analytics infrastructure.
  • Good understanding of financial planning, business growth, and consumer needs with a user-centric mindset.
  • Strong international stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Strong teamwork skills Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
