THE ROLEReporting to the CE Data Lead, you'll build the new reporting foundations and data analysis to support the global structure of Customer Excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You'll create dashboards and reports, adding analytical quality and experience;
• You'll help create new metrics / datapoints to evolve the way we look to all Service performance;
• You'll monitor and control performance metrics, working with the global workforce to anticipate potential impacts and risks, monitoring any target deviations;
• You'll perform root-cause analysis to support business and workforce needs.

WHO YOU ARE

• You're experienced in Data Analysis in a multi-channel service environment;
• You're comfortable with SQL - with relevant professional experience;
• Some experience with R and/or Python is a plus;
• You have experience in data visualization tools - Tableau and Looker;
• You're keen on documenting your work;
• You're able to tell a story and have your presentation work only as a support.
