CREATIVE OPERATIONSWe're a creative family, building copy, data, and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH E-commerce Platform. THE ROLEWe are looking for a Business Analyst for our Product monitoring team with a passion for technology, solving problems, and building relationships. Reporting to the Product Catalogue Lead, you will join a fast-growing company and work with luxury items and brands. You will monitor the product's life cycle from end to end, guaranteeing that all product information is accurate and online with all quality standards established by the interested parties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be the technical expert of product information, having an understanding of our platform and product information workflows;
  • Monitor the product life-cycle status, thoroughly checking product details to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data;
  • Work with the Production Delivery Manager and other teams to gather inputs from our clients;
  • Analysis of product catalog highlights and life-cycle evolution;
  • Call to action to solve common product information issues with the Production Delivery Manager team;
  • Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring all necessary activities of the master data processes;

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree in an analytical field, with the ability to understand both IT and Business Concepts and Tools;
  • Proficiency in Excel (Excel Google sheets is a plus) and SQL language (Big Query is a plus) is mandatory;
  • Keen on transforming our data into a successful and healthy product catalog;
  • A professional with the ability to extract, interpret, and story tell data;
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work with different teams;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
