OFFICE
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLE We are hiring a Brand Manager to work with our key account partners to help us deliver on our best in class brand marketing activities and campaigns

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work with our Key Account partners in driving the development, ideation and strategic thinking of best-in-class brand marketing and product marketing 020 campaigns.
  • You will work closely with our Key Accounts forging strong relationships to help us achieve our shared goals and guarantee a consistent brand representation and consumer connection across the marketplace
  • You will lead and execute compelling marketing plans and product launches for Key Accounts, defining ad hoc plans accordingly to the partner’s positioning and core audience.
  • You will work closely with the NGGH++ creative team to brief them on upcoming campaigns and content needs, online and offline, to guarantee a consistent Reebok brand representation across the marketplace
  • You will be responsible measuring, tracking and reporting on the commercial success of all campaign activity, taking informed decisions that will influence the long term marketing plans of each account
  • You will have budget management accountability and be the gate keeper of go to market timing & deliveries.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Extensive experience as a Brand Account Manager with inhouse or agency experience in the sports, fashion, accessories industry
  • Strong sensitivity to either the fashion or sports industry, product appreciation and an understanding of customer needs and retail/O2O trends.
  • Growth mindset and successful experience in delivering product campaigns across the full marketing mix
  • Excellent relationship management skills, as you will be the face of the brand leading the relationship with Key Accounts across EMEA.
  • You will play an instrumental role in guaranteeing the brand positioning of Reebok across key consumer and sport/cultural moments for multiple multi-brand accounts
  • Experience in the French market (or with the French market) and French native/business level speaking is a plus.
  • Willing to do some travel to retail partners across Europe
