We are leveraging the power of physical points of sale to acquire new customers and foster brand loyalty.
THE ROLEOff-White is currently looking for a Beauty Advisor for its beauty corner at Selfridges in London.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Offering a bespoke consultation satisfying the clients' specific beauty requirements
• Demonstrating make-up techniques knowledge, suggesting products that meet clients' needs and informing customers about product details, like ingredients and application methods
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Achieve sales goals and identify new opportunities to drive the business
• Engage with customers to create relationships in order to promote Brand loyalty
• As a beauty enthusiast, you will have a keen eye for the latest industry trends.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience within luxury make-up and fragrances (minimum of 2 years experience)
• Experience in having worked towards sales targets
• Be able to offer a high level of expertise and personalised service
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
