Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the officeTHE ROLEWe are currently looking for an Accounting Specialist, Payables to join our team in Milan.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be responsible for receiving, handling anche checking invoices;
• Manage suppliers payment schedule and communicates payments to the Treasury Department;
• Verify bank reconciliations;
• Manage the withholding tax;
• Performs credit card reconciliations;
• Assure expense account registration and payment;
• Execute the SOX controls;
• Manage Intrastat declarations;
• Assist in the month-end close accounting process;
• Create ad hoc reports and analysis and work directly with consultants and other departments.

WHO YOU ARE

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, better if in a fashion&luxury Company
• High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Economics
• Fluent in english
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interact with several internal and external stakeholders, flexibility and accuracy
• Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team
