TURATIOur new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLENew Guards Group is looking for an Accounting Specialist, Digital for its administrative department who wil directly report to the Accounting Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • B2C billing management;
  • Commissionaire model invoicing management;
  • E-concession billing management;
  • Paypall and Adyen collection management;
  • OSS registration fulfillment management;
  • VAT positions fulfillment management;
  • Management of billing flows from warehouses in EU and non-EU countries.

WHO YOU ARE

  • high school diploma;
  • fluent in english;
  • very good knowledge of excel;
  • at least two years of experience in structured international companies, better if part of Digital/online industry;
  • knowledge of DY365 platform and experience in implementing ERP system;
  • precise, punctual, flexible and with a spirit of adaptation in a dynamic reality, in strong growth and in the phase of structuring;
  • ability to work in a team and to relate at any level of the company.
