Programme overview

On the Tax Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by working with businesses to help them navigate evolving tax rules to make informed decisions that drive growth and compliance. You’ll analyse financial information, apply relevant legislation and collaborate with experienced teams to deliver practical solutions, building technical knowledge and commercial insight needed to support clients and your career. And, along the way you'll be studying for the Institute Chartered Accountants Ireland (ICAI) qualification.

What you will be doing

• Work with clients to help them understand and comply with tax legislation while identifying opportunities to add value.


• Analyse financial data and apply tax rules to support advisory work and tax compliance engagements.


• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver practical, insight‑led solutions for clients.


• Build technical expertise and commercial awareness through on-the-job learning, training and real client exposure.

Please note: If you are successful in securing an offer you will be required to remain in Northern Ireland for the entire duration of the programme. The offer cannot be transferred to any other EY location in the UK or Ireland.
