Job Description

The opportunity - This role is for applicants based in Jersey/Channel Islands only.

A Jersey based Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager to support on all day-to-day recruitment and talent operations.

The role will be responsible for supporting the Talent agenda for the Channel Islands and a key point of contact for employees and counsellors (managers) on a range of talent-related matters.

The role holder will build a deep understanding of business unit direction and Talent related topics/issues to ensure successful implementation of key projects and processes.

Someone keen to build relationships both internally and externally to develop and harness talent and strong client focus with the ability to build good relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels given the matrixed structure of the business would be helpful.

  • Provide HR coordination in helping to deliver key HR annual operational activities including the Firm’s performance and development process, LEAD, annual pay review and ad hoc professional qualifications promotions

  • Working closely with wider Talent colleague across the islands to align Talent process to ensure efficiencies for the CI Talent Team
