Job Description

At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.

We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.

Join EY and help to build a better working world.

The opportunity

EY is transforming how we onboard talent globally—and this role is central to that journey.

As an Onboarding Product Consultant, you will help shape and deliver a next-generation onboarding experience at global scale, using technology to create more personalised, human-centric journeys.

You’ll join a high-impact global product team (TA2&O), working across business and technology to translate complex onboarding needs into scalable, innovative solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to drive real change, solving complex challenges and influencing onboarding for EY globally.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of global onboarding solutions
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical scope
  • Partner with global stakeholders, country teams, and technology teams
  • Support delivery activities including requirements, testing and implementation
  • Drive experience-led enhancements through automation and personalisation
  • Contribute to the global product roadmap and prioritisation
  • Lead and develop a team member

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong expertise in onboarding or early employee lifecycle processes
  • Proven ability to bridge business and technology
  • Excellent stakeholder management in global, complex environments
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to challenge and shape solutions
  • Passion for technology-enabled transformation and user experience

Ideally, you’ll also

  • Have experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding (not essential)
  • Bring exposure to HR technology or transformation programmes
  • Understand experience design, automation, or personalisation

What we look for

We’re looking for onboarding leaders who want to move beyond operations and shape the future.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, working globally, and creating better experiences at scale—this role offers that opportunity.

What we offer you

At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences. We’ll empower you in a flexible environment, and fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams. Learn more.
