As a Super Region Ecosystem Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of complex sales engagements by leveraging your expertise in pre-sales strategy and ecosystem collaboration. This senior position is focused on architecting innovative solutions that align with client needs and EY’s strategic objectives, while working closely with Super Region Alliance Sales Executives to shape and close high-value deals.

This role requires a deep interest in and understanding of technology, as well as the ability to distil complex ideas and present them to EY teams, clients and Alliance partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead the pre-sales process for major deals within the Super Region, collaborating with Alliance Sales Executives to qualify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and articulate EY’s value proposition to clients.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Work in tandem with internal teams, Alliance partners, and clients to design and visualize comprehensive solutions that address complex business challenges, ensuring alignment with EY’s strategic themes and offerings.
  • Client Engagement: Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to understand their objectives and pain points, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. Utilize your expertise to shape compelling proposals that drive transformative outcomes.
  • Solution Innovation: Leverage EY’s proprietary technologies, frameworks, and assets to create scalable and repeatable solutions. Contribute RFI and RFP responses which bring the highlight the value of EY and partner technologies.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Contribute to EY’s thought leadership initiatives by providing insights and developing content that positions EY as a leader in the market.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement, ensuring colleagues across the business are equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Skills and Experience

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Proven Sales and Pre-Sales Experience: Approximately 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role, with a strong focus on consultative selling and solution architecture in technology or professional services environments.
  • Hands-On Technology Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience in technology or technology consulting, with a solid understanding of enterprise technologies from two or more of Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Databricks, Snowflake, and NVIDIA.
  • Strategic Advisory Skills: Deep understanding of technology solutions and their business applications, with the ability to advise clients on best practices and innovative approaches to solving complex challenges.
  • Solution Development Expertise: Hands-on experience in shaping end-to-end solutions that integrate strategy, technology, and operational change. Proven ability to develop business cases, ROI analyses, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong presentation, storytelling, and proposal-writing abilities. Capable of engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders and adapting communication styles to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with experience managing cross-functional groups and coordinating efforts under tight deadlines.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: A self-starter with a track record of achieving ambitious targets. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives that align with EY’s strategic objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with key sectors relevant to EY’s business, such as financial services, healthcare, technology, and public sector.
