Programme overview

On the Integrated Workforce Mobility Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence, helping clients place the right people in the right place at the right time to grow globally and develop key talent while building trust. You’ll work in high-performing global teams, advising on managing and rewarding a mobile workforce, using your judgement to deliver insights and impact for their businesses. Along the way, you'll study for a professional qualification with the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT)

What you will be doing

• Help clients and their employees to make the most of an international assignment, relocation or work experience. Change their perception of the world, their career and the possibilities that are open to them, their families and the societies where they will live and work.


• Implement and operate technology and data platforms to help clients identify, manage and comply with the tax, payroll, immigration and other risks arising from their global mobility programmes and cross-border remote workforce.
