Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transfer Pricing Documentation Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on transfer pricing documentation and associated propositions, providing you with the opportunity to play a key role in the management of important global projects, working with a rewarding breadth of clients. You will thrive in a multicultural environment, collaborating with diverse professionals to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of transfer pricing documentation and compliance strategies for multinational clients.
  • Manage and oversee transfer pricing projects, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-border teams to provide comprehensive transfer pricing solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with technology teams to identify technology and AI-enabled solutions that enhance client service delivery.
  • Support strategic discussions with clients to identify opportunities for enhancing their transfer pricing strategies.
  • Identify other transfer pricing lifecycle opportunities to support clients, including advisory, restructuring, and controversy, to provide holistic client support.
  • Engage in technical conversations with clients on recent topics and trends in transfer pricing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest transfer pricing regulations and trends, advising clients on potential impacts to their business.
  • Contribute to winning new clients and projects while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Support the development of team members through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Experienced Transfer Pricing tax practitioner with demonstrable experience in delivering global or regional transfer pricing documentation projects.
  • Strong understanding of local and international transfer pricing regulations.
  • Client-focused and commercially aware.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and take ownership of multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and across diverse teams.
