Programme overview

On the Infrastructure Advisory Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping deliver complex, impactful projects that help public sector organisations achieve their objectives and deliver positive outcomes for society. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working on high-profile engagements and gaining exposure to a wide range of clients and sectors. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build your potential while making a real impact for clients and society.

What you will be doing


  • Collaborate with public and private sector clients, stakeholders and teams across the UK.

  • Work on infrastructure projects and transactions that support key public policy priorities.

  • Utilise data, technology and financial modelling, to advise on transactions.

  • Develop your skills through hands‑on experience, coaching and formal learning.
