The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Director to join the Financial Services Immigration team. This role will lead the delivery, growth, and transformation of immigration services for multinational clients. The position combines client advisory, business development, operational leadership, and global mobility strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the immigration service strategy with PAS leadership
  • Drive growth, transformation, and innovation, including digital adoption
  • Shape EY’s thought leadership and market positioning in immigration
  • Advise multinational clients on immigration strategy, global mobility design, and compliance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (HR, tax, legal, leadership)
  • Lead complex, multi-jurisdictional client engagements
  • Build strong relationships across EY’s global network and external stakeholders
  • Identify market opportunities and drive business development
  • Grow a portfolio of client accounts
  • Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated mobility solutions
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability
  • Lead transformation initiatives (digitisation and automation)
  • Ensure consistent global delivery and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor performance (KPIs, SLAs, financials) and manage risk
  • Support clients navigating evolving immigration regulations
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Foster collaboration and build technical capability across team

Skills and Attributes for Succes

  • Deep expertise in business immigration and global mobility frameworks
  • Strong understanding of multi-country compliance and workforce mobility risks
  • Experience managing large-scale corporate immigration programmes
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and complex client engagements
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into business value
  • Demonstrated track record in business development and revenue growth
  • Ability to identify opportunities and build senior-level client relationships
