As a Shaper of the future, you'll build your potential and make a real impact for clients and society whilst working towards a globally recognised qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) or the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).

  • Problem solving - break down complex transaction and strategic questions into robust, flexible models that help clients evaluate options with confidence.

  • Ownership and accountability - take responsibility for delivering accurate, high‑quality work, proactively managing tasks and maintaining rigour under tight deadlines.

  • Influencing and storytelling - communicate assumptions, outputs and insights clearly to clients and stakeholders, enabling confident, informed decision‑making.

  • Digital fluency – develop excellence in tools such as Excel, VBA and data visualisation platforms to manipulate data and build models which enhance how insights are produced and shared.

  • Take ownership of a range of diverse and complex projects, such as building high-profile transaction models for mergers, acquisitions & carve-outs, supporting senior stakeholders with planning, budgeting & forecasting processes, decision support modelling and more.

  • Develop expertise in Excel and VBA programming to construct robust financial models that aid clients in decision-making, while also using various data manipulation and visualisation tools, such as Alteryx and Power BI.
