The Capital Edge Activation Lead is responsible for the successful activation, adoption, and engagement of the Capital Edge platform. This role leads change management, training, communications, and marketing strategies to build awareness, enable adoption, and drive business impact. The Lead collaborates with senior stakeholders, platform developers, sector leaders, and client-serving teams to embed Capital Edge into EY’s client advisory approach.

Purpose of the Job

To drive awareness, adoption, and impact of the Capital Edge platform by translating strategic objectives into actionable activation roadmaps and measurable outcomes. The Lead ensures Capital Edge becomes a core part of EY’s client delivery and value creation.

Supervision Responsibilities

Leads change management, training, and enablement activities. Oversees structured training, toolkits, and learning journeys for partners, engagement teams, and clients. May supervise technical SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Change management and strategy execution
  • Training design and delivery
  • Communications and marketing for technology platforms
  • Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Experience with AI-powered platforms and M&A transformation tools
