Job Description
Providing a bridge between Project management and Business Analysis, the Transformative change manager is a new but essential role within our change and delivery team. Emerald is experiencing a period of substantial transformation and this role will support everything from large strategic programmes to regular application upgrades ensuring every change lands in the most effective way.
This role will engage with a wide range of stakeholders and teams and must ensure the end result delivers the best outcome for Emerald. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a mix of experience in Business analysis and project management and show a passion for making things better for the end user.
We're looking for a hands-on change professional who is capable of driving collective understanding of complex issues to proactively ensure decisions are made, impacts are understood and change is delivered in the most efficient way.
Day to day we’ll trust you to:
- Look after workshop and document requirements and processes
- Carry out workshop facilitation, project planning and task assessment
- Be responsible for RAID, Benefit and Change management
You’ll need to have:
- Coaching experience
- A strong background in Project Management & Risk Management
- Experience with process mapping and modelling
- Experience carrying out impact assessment and change management
- Stakeholder analysis and engagement skills:
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the business
- Ability to adapt to different ways of working
