Shopper Insights Senior Client Lead

dunnhumby is seeking Shopper Insights Senior Client Lead, who will partner with some of the world's most ambitious retailers and brands to turn customer data into commercial impact. We build long-term, strategic relationships across grocery, mass and specialty retail, translating customer insight into range, pricing, promotion and growth strategies that put the customer at the heart of every decision.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build, develop and own relationships with assigned client contacts and retailer stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to your customers.
• Create and manage account plans, delivery priorities and governance processes to ensure successful client outcomes.
• Translate insights, analytics and customer understanding into compelling recommendations and presentations that drive action and measurable business impact.
• Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through upsell, cross-sell and renewal activities.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences.
• Coach and support junior team members, contributing to team capability development and collaborative success.
• Drive customer-first thinking while balancing commercial objectives and client priorities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing supplier, brand or CPG client relationships within a retail-facing, consulting, category management or insights environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills that influence decision-making at multiple levels.
• Commercial awareness and a track record of helping clients achieve growth and business objectives.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting the development of colleagues.
