About dunnhumby

dunnhumby is the global leader in Customer Data Science, helping the world's most ambitious retailers and brands put the customer at the heart of every decision. With nearly 3,000 experts across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas, we partner with iconic businesses like Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble and Metro to turn data into growth, innovation and measurable value for their customers.

Walmart

Our Walmart team works at the heart of one of dunnhumby’s most strategic global partnerships. We help Walmart and its supplier community unlock the value of customer data — shaping ranges, pricing, promotions and marketing strategies that drive category growth and deliver a better experience for Walmart shoppers every day.

About the Role

We're looking for a Category & Store Solutions Consulting Lead who expects more from their career. This is an opportunity to help shape and evolve our Category & Store Solutions proposition by combining product thinking, customer data expertise and a deep understanding of retail decision-making. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering and Science teams to ensure we are developing, prioritising and delivering solutions that meet client needs. Acting as a key bridge between stakeholders, product teams and clients, you'll help drive adoption, innovation and execution excellence across the product lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a central role in bringing new capabilities to market and ensuring clients realise maximum value from our category and store solutions.

  • Implementation leadership across new processes, tools and solutions, including UAT activities and client engagement.
  • Delivery of GTM enhancement overviews, product training materials and release communications for new feature launches.
  • Facilitation of product demonstrations, release share-outs and capability briefings for both internal and external audiences.
  • Management of user research, requirements gathering, backlog priorities and stakeholder feedback in partnership with Product Managers.
  • Analysis of product usage data to identify opportunities for improvement, adoption and long-term growth.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in someone who combines commercial awareness, product curiosity and strong stakeholder management with a passion for creating better solutions for clients.

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience working across product, consulting, analytics or solution delivery environments.
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and training capabilities, with the ability to influence at different levels.
  • Analytical thinking and an ability to turn data and product performance metrics into actionable recommendations.

You'll Thrive If You…

This role suits someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of product, analytics and client delivery.

  • Experience with customer data analytics platforms or retail technology solutions.
  • Understanding of assortment optimisation, category management or store planning solutions.
  • Curiosity about how products are developed, adopted and improved over time.
  • A proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving solutions through to execution.

We won't just meet your expectations. We'll defy them. So you'll enjoy the comprehensive rewards package you'd expect from a leading technology company.
