About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to deliver on marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive leads into the sales team and drive awareness of the brand across our target audience.

This role will likely suit someone who is creative with plenty of entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to foster great relationships across teams and business units. What you’ll do everyday:

  • Deliver on marketing campaigns across multiple channels – these include LinkedIn, email, website, events and some display
  • Take ownership of key channels, identifying ways to optimise performance to deliver on team KPIs
  • Manage and evaluate results across campaigns, recommend ways to develop and build on successes
  • Bring new ideas for activities and channels that will drive awareness of Doddle
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organisation - locally and globally across Sales, Product, and Strategy

What we would love to see:

  • Experience in a B2B marketing role, supporting digital marketing and webinars
  • Experience driving engagement and lead generation across multiple channels, for example social, paid media, email, automation and search
  • Highly organised with an ability to plan and juggle several projects and tasks at the same time, self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using a CRM system for data management, social and email activity and automation
  • Creative; full of ideas, confident learning and using new media types and programmes, with a good command of English for short-form copywriting
  • Analytical; able to draw insight from data that will drive and improve performance
  • Collaborative; we’re a small company so you will need to be able to work comfortably with people from all areas of the business at all levels
  • Resourceful; finds new ways of doing things, leverage what we have in new ways and make the most of our capabilities
  • Above all, a positive can-do attitude
