Doddle is a great place to work, I feel that I am trusted to get my work done within flexible hours that work for me.

Work environment is an absolute pleasure, being free from workplace politics or negativity. Everyone is warm and friendly, and whatever background you come from or personal traits you have, it is acknowledged and respected.

Great atmosphere, friendly dedicated people.

In my team (in the Tech org) we typically have our meetings first thing, from 9am onwards for an hour or two and then the rest of the day I can work flexibly. People are encouraged to come into the office for our quarterly planning sessions but it's still mostly up to the individual and some employees work fully remotely.

We are trusted to get our work done and to use our time effectively, and are treated as professionals.

I have been working at Doddle for two years now as a Software Engineer and this has to be one of the most flexible, kind and caring companies I have ever worked at. The work life balance is fantastic.

It's super flexible - the whole management team has families so understand that things need to be juggled. There is no judgment as to when you're in the office and everyone is so lovely that it really makes you want to go into the office! We don't have many people on job shares, but I don't think that would be something the company is against. I think overall there is a lot of trust and respect there which is one of the most important things.

The Doddle management team is very supporting of flexible working. We have all sorts of arrangements: people who work several days a week in the office, people who work almost entirely from home, and everything in between. As long as people are contributing, we get a lot of trust in how we manage our time.

Doddle is a fantastic place to work. We have many remote workers and even those close to the office split their work between home and office and we have full autonomy on how/when/where we work. We are growing quickly but Doddle still has a 'family' feel and we all try to get together at least once a quarter for a social event. The benefits package is the best I've ever had and I love being part of the team.

Open and trustworthy company, great flexibility.

We have a great set up at Doddle and the team are always looking at how to improve. As we grow, we are making changes, but ones that allows us to keep the trust and flexibility we have created. Doddle treats everyone as an individual and this is reflective in the way we work. We pride ourselves in supporting the team to not only flourish at work but also in their personal lives, our finish early Friday's gives people time to spend as they wish and regroup before the weekend.

Doddle offers a friendly, hot-desk style office environment, for when staff want to come in (physical attendance isn't forced). The leadership team at Doddle make a lot of effort to include & engage with all employees whether it be regular company updates, planning days (PI Planning) or social events. These can often be attended either remotely or in person. As a global company, we often communicate over different time zones. Doddle's flexible approach allows me to to do this, in a way that works for me. Flexible working done well.

Doddle's flexible working hours allows me to be a senior member of the organisation and be a working parent. I work 4 days a week, I can log on early, and log on late but the flexibility also allows me to pick up my children from nursery. The London location is really convenient and I have the option to go into the office and see my colleagues but also work from home when I need to.

An amazing company to work for. A great base at the London office, with the flexibility to work at home too.

The working culture inside the company is excellent, all the employees are very supportive and can reach anyone for help when required. Employee first company.

As an international organisation spanning across multiple time zones, we are used to working asynchronously and remotely. London based Doddler’s tend to come into the office once or twice a week however we do not prescribe days and it is for you and your manager to agree what works best for you. 

For those outside of London, remote working is the norm, however we all get together once a quarter for planning and social events.
