As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a vital role in guiding our customers through their journey with us and supporting them to guarantee customer satisfaction is delivered every time. The Customer Support Agent will work within the Customer Support Team to ensure the company values are always emulated to maintain the company’s exceptional level of customer support and reputation.

What you will need to do!

  • Ensure exemplary customer service is always provided
  • Maintain company values by acting with respect, integrity and kindness
  • Follow all problems through to resolution and follow up where necessary
  • Always work in-line with company policies & procedures
  • Explore and understand the customer’s issue & respond appropriately
  • Remain professional in communications with customers and colleagues
  • Report any website issues in a timely manner
  • Be flexible with working hours & be available to help colleagues when needed
  • Participate in quarterly & annual performance reviews
  • Understand how to escalate a complaint/issue that you are unable to resolve
  • Recognise opportunities to deliver cross selling & upselling
  • Knowledge of the relevant processes to follow when requesting changes to the website/customer accounts
  • Frequently check communication channels for information regarding handovers and other important tasks that need to be followed up
  • Monitor customer comments/reviews & applications and ensure these are processed within our SLA
  • Prioritise workload & escalate issues that may affect the customer experience
  • Always have the customer as your number one priority

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Punctual with a flexible approach to work
  • Well organised with the ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure
  • An understanding of design software and crafting machines to help in customer support
  • A positive attitude and providing support to colleagues to set a great example
  • Patient with a good attention to detail
  • A Strong internet connection
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn software/hardware to enable support as per customers’ requirements
  • A great eye for recognising customer needs to offer appropriate advice & services
