Job Description

This is a 3 month contract role.

As part of the Seller Success and Programming Team, the Seller Success Senior Coordinator is a key role in driving the growth and success of our Sellers on the platform. The Seller Success Senior Coordinator will be supporting our growing community of sellers through retention and engagement initiatives, our annual IRL seller summit and fostering a sense of community through our online forum.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage programmes and initiatives to drive retention, accelerate seller growth, and improve shop quality at scale. This includes:
    • Leading community discussions in our Seller Forum
    • Proactively moderating channels in our Seller forum
    • Lead our Super User programme
    • 1-to-many programming to drive positive results and help individual sellers grow
  • Be the driving force behind the planning and execution of our annual IRL Seller Summit held at our London office
    • Plan, organise and manage all aspects of the IRL Seller Summit from conception to execution
    • Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
    • Work closely with XFN teams and our selling community to deliver an exciting and engaging event programme
  • Work with other internal teams to help sellers succeed:
    • Partner with the Support team to define and implement prioritised support processes for specific groups of sellers
    • Partner with Product to ensure we are capturing the voice of the community to help us improve our product experience
    • Partner with the Seller Marketing team on best practice sharing and seller campaigns

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a consumer-facing and/or community-focused business.
  • Previous experience in event planning and execution
  • You have clear and structured communication skills and can be described as motivated and outgoing
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working individually and as part of a team with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Experience in managing and moderating community forums is a plus
  • A Depop buyer/seller is a plus
