Our mission is to build the world’s most diverse progressive home of fashion. Our team is dedicated to enhancing and developing the Depop experience to serve the needs of our global community.

Depop exists to empower the next generation to transform fashion. We are a community-powered fashion ecosystem that's kinder to the planet and kinder to people. We give our audience something they can't get anywhere else - unique fashion, with amazing people and the chance to create a better future by showing up as their full selves, at full volume.

The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility

First we assess the flexibility options Depop provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Depop is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.

Approach to diversity & inclusion

We empower each other with kindness and respect our differences. Depop is a place where everyone is seen, heard, valued and encouraged to show up with the best version of themselves. We accept that our genius is born from the diversity of thought and actions based on our collective success. We celebrate our wins together and help each other through when things get tough. Our internal community must reflect the equity we want to see in the world...We believe that anyone from anywhere can be part of building our new fashion system – and we’ve proactively set an intention to realise a more diverse, equitable and inclusive Depop.

What do we think of Depop?

We welcome Depop to the platform. As the community-powered fashion marketplace to buy and sell clothing. Operating as a leader in the fashion industry. Reducing waste and encouraging us all to "re-use" and step away from fast fashion. Depop also offers its employees fantastic hybrid working benefits to help with work-life balance. Employees benefit from a hybrid model, working from home with the opportunity to work within the office too. We love the work from anywhere benefit too, a chance to see the world without using all of your holiday allowance.

If you're looking to work for one of the largest marketplaces in fashion Depop is the company for you.

Meet who might be hiring you

Internal feedback and external benchmarking indicate that flexible working modes are becoming more important to employees & external hires. At Depop, we concluded that there is a need for permanent change to the ways we work, that supports our mission to evolve our internal culture to become more engaging, inclusive and effective. To improve flexibility whilst still centering the office as the main hub for work, we introduced MyMode, Depop’s new Hybrid Working Model, which enables you (with your manager's approval) to select the working mode that works best for you. MyMode is composed of 3 working modes: Flex, Office Based and Remote.

We identified the need for all-company leave aimed at everyone simultaneously switching off together. This is why we have introduced dStop, which will be Depop’s own 4 days off per year for the whole business, at the same time.
