We are seeking a Senior Kitchen Design and Developments Manager to lead the end-to-end development of our Editions Kitchens. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen builds, from initial design and contractor management to final handover. You will manage a high volume of projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Onboarding: Play a key role in the onboarding process for incoming restaurant partners/brands.

• Project Management: Lead kitchen builds from conception to completion, including design, contractor oversight, and MEP work. You will manage a portfolio of over 15 projects at once, using our development tracking tools to monitor progress.

• Supplier and Asset Management: Source and negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, and oversee the selection and maintenance of all kitchen equipment. This includes conducting asset audits and managing disposal processes.

• Budget and Stakeholder Management: Own and track project budgets, ensuring all financial documentation is meticulously maintained. You will be the primary point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, partners, finance, and leadership teams.

• Operational Support: Maintain all project documentation and provide crucial support to our R&M team, helping with escalations and asset replacement processes.

Project-Based Work

• You will also drive key strategic projects, including:

• Developing and managing global tracking systems for projects and budgets.

• Collaborating with the commercial and central operations teams to create reports on kitchen ROI and financial performance.

• Leading sustainability initiatives, such as the rollout of new technologies to improve energy efficiency.

• Working with internal and external teams to launch new kitchen setups, partner contracts, and technologies that improve workflow and reduce operational costs.

• Managing contractor relationships and addressing performance issues to ensure project quality and efficiency.
