Job Description

About the role

As an Operations Communication & Content Analyst, you will be responsible for drafting, coordinating, sending, and measuring communications to Deliveroo riders in Belgium. This role sits at the intersection of operational execution and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that rider communications are accurate, compliant, timely, and continuously improved based on insights.

You will work closely with local stakeholders and Central Rider Communications / CRM teams to deliver operational and regulatory communications, manage campaign execution, and support initiatives related to rider engagement, compliance, and lifecycle performance. In addition to strong execution capabilities, this role requires a solid analytical foundation to assess campaign performance, identify issues early, and support decision-making with data.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute all rider communications campaigns for Belgium, ensuring high accuracy, compliance, and zero operational errors - including email, in-app, and website

  • Set up and validate audience segmentation, following all mandatory approval and documentation processes.

  • Coordinate closely with Central Comms, CRM, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure all communications meet regulatory and policy requirements.

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution in CRM tools (Braze), including setup, testing, launch, and post-send checks.

  • Analyse campaign performance and rider engagement metrics, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Support analysis related to rider lifecycle (activation, engagement, retention, reactivation) and operational initiatives.

  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with local and Central stakeholders on timelines, status, and blockers.

  • Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of campaigns, approvals, and outcomes.

  • Support operational and regulatory initiatives, including tax-related communications and authority-driven requests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, communications, CRM, analytics, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data to assess performance and support decisions.

  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Proven ability to follow structured processes and work within compliance frameworks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience with CRM tools (especially Braze).

  • Experience working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic data tools (Google Sheets and Looker) is required.

  • Fluency in English, French and Dutch.
