We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our London team. In this role, you’ll be the beating heart of our daily operations, ensuring our customers receive their essentials quickly and accurately.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Deliveroo Hop team. Hop is our rapid grocery delivery service, operating high-speed fulfillment centres that sit at the intersection of logistics and retail excellence.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Drive Operational Excellence: Supervise the end-to-end order flow to ensure all customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time.

• Lead Site Logistics: Manage store openings and closures, ensuring the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and compliant with all safety standards.

• Optimise Inventory: Oversee accurate stock counts and ensure deliveries are processed correctly, focusing on precise product positioning and date rotation.

• Coordinate Fleet Success: Communicate directly with riders to ensure seamless handovers and prompt delivery starts.

• Collaborate on Growth: Partner with the Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager to identify process improvements and maintain the smooth functioning of the site.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

• Operational Background: Proven experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, retail, or logistics environment.

• Target Driven: A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.

• Adaptability: Full hourly flexibility to support the 24/7 nature of our marketplace, including a commitment to 40-hour weekly shifts.

• Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy, from inventory scanning to recording delivery complaints.

• Team Leadership: Natural ability to supervise workflows and support teammates in a high-pressure environment.

Note: This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
