Job Description
The Enterprise Account Management team is the strategic engine of Deliveroo Italy. We don't just "manage" relationships; we own the P&L of Italy's most iconic restaurant brands. As Deliveroo scales, we act as Strategic Consultants, leveraging deep-dive data analytics and industry foresight to transform our partners' delivery operations into high-growth revenue machines. We are a high-octane, data-obsessed group of problem solvers who thrive on cross-functional collaboration and the "win-win-win" philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Ownership: Define and execute the joint business plans for a portfolio of national brands, focusing on GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth and market share expansion.
Data Storytelling (Looker & Excel): Beyond just "generating reports," you will translate complex datasets into actionable growth levers. You’ll use Looker to identify "leaks" in the conversion funnel and present these insights in high-stakes Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Performance Optimization: Consult on "Operational Excellence" by analyzing prep times, "rider wait" metrics, and "order inaccuracy" to improve the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and partner profitability.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the "CEO" of your accounts, leading initiatives across Marketing (bespoke campaigns), Operations (logistics efficiency), and Product (API integrations) to ensure a seamless 360° partner experience.
Expansion & Activation: Partner with the Operations team to lead the "Go-Live" strategy for new brand entries (e.g., Five Guys or Popeyes), ensuring 100% operational readiness from day one.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in a high-growth environment (SaaS, FMCG, Consulting, or FoodTech). Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts is a must.
Analytical Rigor: You are "fluent in data." You can build a business case in Excel and aren't intimidated by pivot tables or complex data visualization tools.
Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of unit economics, commission structures, and how to negotiate "Value-Exchange" deals.
Stakeholder Mastery: Ability to influence everyone from a restaurant's floor manager to a C-suite executive. You are as persuasive in a boardroom as you are in a kitchen.
Agility & Grit: You thrive in ambiguity. When a project shifts direction unexpectedly, you pivot quickly and keep the momentum.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced G-Suite. Experience with Salesforce or project management tools (Slack) is a plus.
Language: Professional fluency in Italian and English (Deliveroo is a global company; your internal stakeholders will be international).

We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process.
