Your mission

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will directly impact the success of our end-to-end development SaaS platform for Large Language Model (LLM) Applications, deepset Cloud, ensuring its high performance, security, and availability to satisfy the demands of our customers.

You will join our cross-functional Platform team. At the same time as a key part of our DevOps chapter you will spread DevOps culture and practices in the company.

You will own, drive and act as a focal point for Security related topics for our SaaS product.

Your impact

• You will design, build and operate cloud architecture for deepset Cloud
• You will solve observability, performance and scalability challenges to support enterprise-ready LLM applications
• You will take ownership of Security and Privacy initiatives for our SaaS product, from introducing best practices to maintaining SOC2 compliance
• You will facilitate the processes in the DevOps chapter and represent it on the company level as a chapter lead

Your profile

• 7+ years overall experience, and experience working with large scale production infrastructure
• Experience in designing & building service-oriented architectures, and experience with Security topics
• Proficient with AWS and Kubernetes, and experience with Python
• Experience maintaining hybrid SaaS products integrating customer’s cloud resources to preserve customer’s data within their own cloud (eg VPC private link)
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform), GitOps (ArgoCD) and Azure are considered nice to have
• Familiarity with Machine Learning/NLP or the motivation to learn about it are considered a plus
