About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a newly formed TA team, where we are building and optimising our recruitment processes and finding innovative ways to attract top international talent. You will be responsible for working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, from Team Leads to the C-Suite, and reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition. We are looking for a confident and hardworking recruiter who thrives on challenges, thinks outside the box, and is eager to get started.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with Business stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely updates
- Source candidates for roles in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and much more using an array of methods such as X-ray and Boolean searches
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to effectively headhunt the best passive talent, whilst outreach is complemented by advertising in the right places
- Screen candidates in-depth and be their first point of contact, managing the 360 recruitment process
- Manage the candidate pipeline via our ATS system (Workable)
- Analyze recruitment metrics and produce monthly reports for the Head of Talent Acquisition and stakeholders
- Contribute to employer branding campaigns and internal and external recruitment marketing campaigns
- Manage both inbound and outbound recruitment strategies while forecasting hires realistically
Requirements
- Have 1-3+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven experience leading relationships with hiring managers and in-house recruitment teams
- Confident sourcing capabilities with out of the box ideas to attract passive talent
- Experience of recruiting for a range of roles in Business Functions (Particularly Sales & Marketing)
- Understanding of HR/on-boarding related matters and how they connect with recruitment
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
- Demonstrable experience working closely with hiring managers and hiring teams
Nice to have:
- Experience of recruiting for SaaS or Technology companies
- In-house or RPO recruitment experience
- Experience with employer branding initiatives
- International Permanent & Contract recruitment experience
