About your team:

At British Gas, our mission is to sell it and mend it.

We’ve been powering the UK’s homes and businesses for over 200 years – but supplying energy is just part of what we do. We’re making the UK greener and more energy efficient, getting closer to Net Zero. By using clever tech like thermostats, heat pumps, solar panels and EV chargers, we’re making it cheaper and easier for our customers to reduce their carbon-footprint.

As the Regulatory Performance & Governance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring British Gas meets its Residential and Business smart meter Licence obligations. You’ll lead the delivery of all regulatory smart meter reporting, consultations and calls for input, providing clear, accurate and timely submissions. Acting as the central point of governance, you’ll oversee performance activity linked to Ofgem requirements, driving strong regulatory compliance and confident decision‑making across the business.
