You will also lead the translation of industry changes into clear and easy to understand ‘calls to action’ to achieve maximum collaboration. Establishing the definition of change requirements will be key and managing the resultant impact assessments, delivery acceptance criteria and system requirements. Ensuring business readiness requirements are fulfilled with clear awareness of the impacts to our customers and our people will help successful change.

Lastly you will manage change escalations and communications and act as the exec interface for regulatory change from a business perspective alongside the Head of Conduct and Governance.

We would like you to have change team management experience in the energy retail market and you will have delivered programmes of business change in a complex regulatory environment. A first-class inclusive Project Manager with excellent planning skills, communication and influencing you can empower subject matter experts to look at how operational processes could be changed. You’ll understand operational delivery and how to navigate ambiguity in a changing regulatory landscape.

A strong understanding of how MHHS can drive commercial and customer experience benefits in the future is required and the ability to see the wider holistic view of changes.
